Turmeric and Ginger Tea, lovely

Beautiful turmeric is a great detoxifier
Turmeric is excellent for getting rid of toxin build up in your body. It’s rich in antioxidants and it fights those nasty free-radicals. ( I used to be one of those! Now I’m just free, but not easy.)
Use some delicious ginger root and turmeric to make tea and you have a winning combination .
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
honey or maple syrup to taste
Some lemon juice, fresh squeezed is best
